Memorial - The
purpose of the Memorial Team is to match memorial funds presented by staff for
non-budget items needed for Saint Paul.
The team recommendations are then presented to the Trustees.
Missions - The
Committee decides among many activities that provide opportunities for the
congregation to be involved in sharing the love of Christ with others within
the Church, in the community and in the world. Most of these activities are
hands-on with the intent to physically involve the congregation rather than to
"throw money" at a situation or problem. In addition, the congregation may be
engaged in personal contact with the recipients of the products/activities to
gain a better intellectual or emotional understanding of the recipients and
their needs.

Social Justice -
Our purpose is to work toward becoming more aware of social injustice in our
community, state, nation and the world. We work toward informing our
congregation of social injustices and leading actions to make changes as we are
able. We are involved in the work of OTOC (Omaha Together One Community), whose
focus is "Building a Community That is Safe for All". We also work with the
Benson Area Taskforce on Refugees, and as part of that involvement we have
hosted several "refugee clothes closets" at Saint Paul.

Worship - The
Worship Team is responsible for decorating the Church for Easter, Pentecost,
